Strategic Planning and Studies Department Tasks:
 
1. Update the strategic plan of the university and submit it to the High Supervisory Committee.
2. Preparing the executive plan and the time frame for the implementation of the university's strategic plan.
3. Continue to implement the strategic plan within the specified time frame.
4. Proposing development projects to implement the strategic plan of the university.
5. Continue preparing the university units for their strategic plans and ensuring that they are compatible with the university's strategic plan.
6. Conduct the studies required by the implementation of the strategic plan.
7. Provide technical support to committees related to the strategic plan.
8. Activate the management website and communicate with the beneficiaries of the strategic plan.
9. Collecting and analyzing data and information related to the implementation of the strategic plan.
10. Provide workshops that help colleges develop their strategic plans.
11. Holding lectures and seminars on strategic planning at the university level.
12. Preparing publications and publications on strategic planning and its importance, and strategic plan activities.
13. Achieving the highest degree of harmonization and harmony between the strategic plans of colleges, support deans and units and the strategic plan of the university.
14. Develop follow-up models for the strategic plans of the university and its units.
15. Preparing periodic reports on the strategic plans of the university and its units.
16. Study and discuss what is referred to the administration from the High Supervisory Committee or the Executive Committee.
