The word of the supervisor of the strategic plan
The university seeks to improve the quality of its services and raise the efficiency of its outputs in accordance with the kingdom's vision 2030, and the strategic plan of the university represents the road map through which the university can achieve what it wants. The university's plan relied on 10 strategic objectives covering all aspects and areas of the university as well as its branch (39) operational objectives, 10 task forces were formed that included all the senior leaders of the university from administrators and faculty who are responsible for the process of coordination, linkage and implementation as well as achieving the goals according to a clear and specific timetable. The Executive Office of the Strategic Plan is also responsible for developing an integrated strategy for the University and aligning it with The Kingdom's Vision 2030, By arranging strategic priority projects and key performance indicators and periodically monitoring the performance of the strategic plan. As well as working with colleges, supporting deans and various administrative units to prepare their strategic plans in line with the vision, mission and objectives of the university's strategic plan by monitoring achievements and implementation plans. In addition to the above, the leadership of Prince Sattam Bin Abdul Aziz University is keen during the process of implementing the strategic plan to carry out periodic reviews within predetermined time frames to ensure the proper implementation of the plan by diagnosing strengths and weaknesses based on available data that determine the level of achievement in achieving the initiatives and activities of the plan, as well as the consequences of any changes that may occur in the internal and external environment of the university.
