The university seeks to improve the quality of its services and raise the efficiency of its outputs in accordance with the kingdom's vision 2030, and the strategic plan of the university represents the road map through which the university can achieve what it wants. The university's plan relied on 10 strategic objectives covering all aspects and areas of the university as well as its branch (39) operational objectives, 10 task forces were formed that included all the senior leaders of the university from administrators and faculty who are responsible for the process of coordination, linkage and implementation as well as achieving the goals according to a clear and specific timetable.
